Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benchmarking Specialist to support
and guide the effective use of benchmarking tools and analytics
within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead training initiatives on benchmarking tools for department
managers and leadership
Develop customized reports and ensure the standardization of
benchmarking data across the organization
Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with other members to
foster collaboration and share best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in benchmarking, analytics, or related
fields
Experience with benchmarking platforms such as Vizient or similar
tools
3 years of experience in mentoring or managing staff
Preferred experience in a healthcare system or consulting firm
