Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to lead
accounting operations and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial
reporting and compliance with GAAP
Lead financial close processes and improve financial systems and
reporting
Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team while
managing M&A activities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+
years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial audits
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly NetSuite
Proven experience managing high-performing remote and
cross-functional teams
Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset for driving scalable
systems
