Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for callers, providing
approved information and education on Parkinson's disease and
related resources
Provide information about the client's PD treatment option and
deliver basic device troubleshooting support
Facilitate warm transfers to key program stakeholders for inquiries
outside the role's remit
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of clinical
experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
Experience working with Parkinson's Disease patients or similar
areas of focus is necessary
Experience with medical devices and/or pumps is preferred
Ability to maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity
Experience in the use of motivational interviewing techniques is a
plus
