Job Description:
A company is looking for an Audit Methodology Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Methodology Team and support the Solutions
department with technical expertise
Oversee the Digital Audit methodology, ensuring compliance with
professional standards and implementing robust control
mechanisms
Engage with clients and collaborate with various departments to
enhance methodology and ensure alignment with industry
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA
or equivalent certification required
Significant experience at a senior audit manager level or above in
public accounting, focusing on audit methodology and quality
assurance
Strong technical knowledge of US auditing and accounting standards,
including GAAP and GAAS
Experience in managing people, including recruitment and
performance management
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence business
decisions
