Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant -
Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for
physicians
Ensure medical record compliance and update patient health
information
Perform clerical duties to improve provider productivity and clinic
workflow
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related
role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
(EMR) systems
Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
Webcam, noise-cancelling headset, and 30mbps internet speed or
above
Dedicated workspace at home for remote work
