A company is looking for a Manager, Curriculum Design &
Training.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a training team, providing guidance and fostering
collaboration
Develop and maintain onboarding and training curricula for
employees, customers, and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training
materials are aligned with product changes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing training content within a
Learning Management System (LMS)
Over 2 years of experience managing a department or team
Proven expertise in curriculum development tailored to various
learning styles and objectives
Knowledge of adult learning principles for effective training
content design
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
