A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
Bilingual (French Canadian).
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
Professionally respond to customer inquiries and escalate priority
issues as needed
Record details of customer interactions accurately and develop
rapport with customers
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
1 year of call center experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of computers (required)
Fluent in English and French (required)
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)
