A company is looking for a Sr. Tech Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed annual sales booking quotas while maintaining
target margins
Lead strategic conversations with enterprise clients, advising on
solutions across the product suite
Develop and maintain accurate account plans and manage
opportunities in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large,
global organization
Experience in Corporate Real Estate services, technologies, or
solutions
Proven ability to grow relationships at the senior executive level
and C-Suite
Experience with structured sales processes and tools such as Miller
Heiman and Salesforce
Strong influential skills to work across diverse stakeholders
