Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Implementation Analyst II to
lead project management efforts for product implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume product implementation project plans using
established processes and tools
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather
project requirements and facilitate communication throughout the
project lifecycle
Ensure product specifications are met through quality control and
manage project status updates in the project management system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of experience in project management, account management,
or customer service preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel,
Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple tasks
Experience in analyzing data and implementing process
improvements
