Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate to work
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the
first call
Guide and educate customers on health care topics and benefit plan
options
Research complex issues and provide follow-up to resolve customer
concerns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to
customers
Proficient in navigating healthcare-related processes and
jargon
Flexibility to adjust schedules and work overtime or weekends as
needed
