Job Description:
A company is looking for a Canadian Payroll Specialist to manage
payroll processes for Canadian employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian
employees using Rippling and ADP WorkForce Now
Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements, tax withholdings,
and deductions while maintaining compliance with relevant laws
Oversee payroll audits and lead payroll system optimization to
improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or
related field
PCP or CPM certification
5+ years of experience with full cycle, end-to-end payroll
processing
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Rippling payroll applications
is an asset
Demonstrated understanding of payroll principles, practices, and
legislation
