A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate client and vendor contracts, providing
legal counsel for retirement plan services
Lead complex commercial transactions, offering strategic legal
advice and anticipating potential issues
Analyze legal risks and provide insights on compliance, contract
interpretation, and business strategies
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and admitted to practice in good standing with the state
bar
7+ years of relevant legal experience in contract negotiation and
drafting
In-depth knowledge of contract law and ability to work on a variety
of agreements
Experience in financial services and retirement services is
strongly desired
