Loss Prevention & Security Agent Position Summary:

The Loss Prevention & Security Agent position is a part-time, seasonal position responsible for crowd control, ensuring the protection of assets, property and personnel through prevention, monitoring and apprehension. This position reports to the Loss Prevention Supervisor.

Agents in this position will work special events and fill-in at store locations as needed.

Loss Prevention & Security Agent Primary Responsibilities:

  - - - -Provide uniformed service to special events and areas of Autzen Stadium on home football game days

• 
  - - - -Monitor customer behavior on the digital Closed Circuit television system and on the sales floor

• 
  - - - -Approach, search and interview suspected shoplifters in accordance with store policy
  - - - - - - - -
• 
  - - - -Write reports and testify in court.
  - - - - - - - -
• 
  - - - -Ensure safety protocols are being followed
  - - - - - - - -
• 
  - - - -First responder for situations requiring First Aid and CPR.
  - - - - - - - -
• 
  - - - -Transfer of necessary items between satellite store locations, including mail services
  - - - - - - - -
• 
  - - - -Commitment to promoting the tenets of the Duck Store's customer service program.

• 
  - - - -Completes other duties as assigned.
