Role and Responsibilities
As a US Customer supply chain Sr. Specialist EXE you will be
responsible for:
Communicating in a matrixed organization, proactively identifying
supply gaps, developing an action plan to mitigate those gaps.
Identifying the need to escalate and following the escalation path
in a timely manner.
Deciphering demand and determining the best viable options to meet
needs in a supply constrained environment.
Creatively solving problems under extreme pressure and with urgent
timelines.
Completing root cause analyses to develop a systemic solutions.
Analyzing global supply forecast against local customer.
Demand & Supply planning to ensure on-time and complete
material-availability at customer site.
Following and implementing standard processes but adapting as the
business environment changes.
Collaborating with the supply chain site lead to adapt to customer
and site specific needs.
Influencing change to the supply planning for your customer site
when the demand analysis doesn't align with global supply
projections.
Driving competence and standardization within the Customer Supply
Chain roadmap for EXE sustaining.
Partnering with the key stakeholders, project leaders, engineering
and account teams, and central teams to influence the action and
results required.
Developing operational plans to support events in the field, i.e.
material demand & supply, people and resources, local constraints
and infrastructure.
Executing plans while closely monitoring, evaluating and reporting
performance KPI's to stakeholders.
Identifying, initiating and collaborating to drive
improvements.
Working closely with our 3PL, dock coordinators, and the In-Fab
Logistics team to manage all material-flows to, from and inside the
customer factory.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or a similar relevant field, or
equivalent years of experience.
5-7 years of work experience in supply chain with an understanding
of supply chain concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Experience in the semiconductor industry a plus.

Other Information
Must be willing to be available occasionally on weekends for
escalation management.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined
in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. -
730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to
access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business
demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are
immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
