Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer to
provide technical support and issue resolution for the Data
Navigator platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support to customers for Data Navigator
Work on Defect Triaging fixes, ensuring timely resolution of
issues
Collaborate with internal teams for troubleshooting and system
improvements
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Data Navigator as an application
Proficiency in Java / Oracle programming
Experience with PostgreSQL for specific Data Navigator modules
Experience in L2/L3 client support
