Computer Client Support Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Computer Client Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Provide remote support for Microsoft Intune and MS Authenticator, including iOS device activation and troubleshooting
Create and assign incident tickets and work orders based on priority and complexity, ensuring follow-through to completion
Document service requests and ensure compliance with existing policies, standards, and guidelines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of IT service/help desk operations experience
Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
Support experience with Avanti Intune and mobile phone activations
Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge to team members
