Job Description:
Due to rapid growth, Rubris is excited to welcome a Consulting &
Operations (C&O) Associate to its team.The Rubris C&O group
is responsible for delivery and management of engagements involving
Rubris products and services.In this role, you will report to the
Director of Consulting & Operations, and have heavy interaction
with your team, which may include 3-5 Associates, Senior Associates
and Managers.Candidate must be located in either Eastern or Central
time zones.As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting
3-5 projects at a time (depending on complexity), with an emphasis
on customer success.Listed below are areas where you will invest
your time:
- Own communication with clients via video meetings, telephone,
and email.
- Read court orders, understand project requirements, effectively
communicate requirements and goals for projects, and understand
scope of work and what clients are looking to achieve on Rubris'
platform.
- Create agendas and run meetings, ensuring proper time
management. Support clients in onboarding and utilizing Rubris
Crosslink effectively, which may include creating training videos
and providing live support for individuals and groups via webinars,
video calls, or phone calls.
- Manage copious amounts of complex data in varying formats for
upload to Rubris Crosslink.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting.
- Continuously provide ideas to product owners for improvements
to Rubris Crosslink.
- Manage and complete process design, work plans, schedules, and
project-related tasks within specified timelines.
- Be able to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
daily.
- Provide regular status updates for tasks/projects.
- Identify and manage scope creep for your projects.
- Proactively triage and manage project issues.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and other parties involved in
settlements and create detailed task lists and action items.
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
- Understand the mass tort lifecycle from inception to
completion; understand industry roles and responsibilities, in
addition to industry artifacts (releases, settlement documents,
etc.) and stakeholder motivations.
- Understand contract structure and requirements.
- Create and proofread User Guides, protocols, workflows, and
requirements grids.
- Assist with presales efforts, as needed.
- Assist other departments, including product strategy and user
experience.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business
administration, finance, computer science, economics, or related
field. Master's degree in similar fields or law desirable.1+ years
of professional experience with an emphasis on client project
delivery/management, client success, or data management. Experience
in a technological environment extremely helpful.Ability to
prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while
maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. Capable of looking
holistically at projects and thinking strategically.Strong Excel
skills required (tables & arrays, conditional formatting, pivot
tables, reporting, simple data cleansing). SQL skills
helpful.Excellent presence with exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships
with clients and team members. A distinct desire to coach, help,
and consult with clients and teammates.Process-oriented with a
great attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Humble,
hungry, and smart.Strong problem-solving and analytical
skills.Comfortability adjusting priorities based on unexpected
changes to client and project needs.TOOLS & SOFTWAREMicrosoft
