Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer - CRA (Community
Reinvestment Act) Oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee CRA/FARB risk-based monitoring and evaluation, engaging
with lines of business to identify and assess risks
Develop a bank-wide approach to CRA/FARB risk management,
conducting independent testing and reviews
Utilize data analysis tools to assess CRA/FARB risks and recommend
improvements to business processes for compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3 to 5+ years of CRA and/or FARB Compliance Program administration
or Compliance experience
Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance
testing processes
High ethical standards and strong critical thinking abilities
Experience with CRA/HMDA and Fair Lending software is a plus
