Job Description:
A company is looking for a Home Care Managed Care Coordinator to
collaborate with the home health care team and coordinate patient
home care services.
Key Responsibilities
Request authorizations for Home Health Care from insurance
carriers
Serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to
ensure safe healthcare provision
Conduct deep analyses of insurance denials and authorization
requests using data tracking tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 years of relevant work experience
Intermediate knowledge of data analytics and insurance
authorization management
Experience in case management advocacy
Ability to train and educate peers on insurance authorization
processes
