Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Support Coordinator to enhance
the efficiency of healthcare services and support member needs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for internal care teams and
members, addressing inquiries and concerns
Assist in the design and implementation of internal processes to
improve service delivery and member satisfaction
Ensure accurate documentation of member interactions and
collaborate with various departments for effective service
delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
preferred
1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in
remote work environments
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Google
Suites, Zendesk, and Salesforce
Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not
required
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without
sponsorship
