Job Description:
The Mobile Crisis Case Manager works with individuals diagnosed
with mental illness to promote recovery, independence, and
successful community living. This is accomplished through the
provision a variety of treatment services including crisis
intervention under the guidance of a therapist (QMHP) and/or
supervisor, individual and group skills training, and development;
case management services; coordination and monitoring daily
structured activities of clients. Performs crisis intervention as
necessary and provides consultation and training. Facilitates
communication and correspondence with other Adapt staff, community
partners, other treatment providers and peers. Position coordinates
and collaborates with multi-disciplinary treatment teams and is
responsible for work performed in assigned specialized program area
(i.e., ACT, EASA, PSRB, .370, Jail Diversion, etc.).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two years' experience on a social service
and/or mental health setting or a satisfactory equivalent
combination of education, experience, and training.
Must be eligible to register as a QMHA through MHACBO.
Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license.
Primary Responsibilities:
Co-deploy with law enforcement and emergency medical services to
increase officer and client safety to provide de-escalation, crisis
intervention, conflict resolution, harm reduction, and
resources.
Actively promotes harmonious delivery of services through
coordination of interventions in collaboration with the QMHP.
Maintains equipment in working order.
Maintains and completes required records, reports, documentation as
required by departmental policy and state and federal law.
Participates in professional development through individual and
group supervision, unit and agency staff meetings, workshops, and
Litmos tutorials.
Required to achieve productivity standards as set for and outlined
by Supervisor.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and Adapt guidelines
including but not limited to accurate and timely documentation.
Performs unique duties, as assigned by Director or Supervisor, to
meet agency needs.
Report for duty following an activation of a public health
emergency response plan.
Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Shift:
Graveyard, 4 10-hour shift.
