Tennessee Licensed Order Entry Pharmacist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Order Entry Pharmacist PRN.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate pharmaceuticals for effective patient care
Assist in the orientation and training of new pharmacists
Accurately enter medication orders and screen for drug interactions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Three (3) years of hospital experience preferred
Appropriate state licensure
Proficiency in Meditech operating system or HMS as appropriate
Demonstrated proficiency in required operating systems and pharmacy technologies
