  Duties of Unit Psychologist:
  Provide individual psychotherapy to patients as assigned.
  Lead group therapy sessions on the unit or within the treatment mall as assigned.
  Offer clinical psychology services, including psychological assessment and testing, based on the psychologist's expertise and privileges.
  Collaborate with treatment care staff and, when appropriate, attend clinical management meetings to discuss clinical and service delivery issues.
  Conduct risk assessments for patients as needed.
  Complete psychological evaluations within specified deadlines.
  Document psychological evaluations, including baseline psychological testing.
  Meet with patients to review and implement treatments consistent with their care plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  Administer psychological evaluations utilizing techniques that assess personality, intellectual, cognitive impairments, as well as risk and malingering assessments.
  Perform CSSRS (Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale) assessments for incoming admissions and transfers and as required according to CSSRS guidelines and OSH policies.
