Position Summary:

As a Memory Care Caregiver, you will work with an AMAZING TEAM! You will play an important role and be well supported by kind and caring co-workers. We are looking for a compassionate person that fits our mission of serving with love, respect, and integrity.

Memory Care Caregiver Primary Responsibilities:


Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, care of personal items and mobility
Promptly answer calls for assistance
Record and document care provide
Escort residents to dining area and activities
Observe and report changes in resident's physical condition or behavior to Med Tech, RCC or Nurse
Safely uses equipment such as mechanical lifts
Respond appropriately in emergency situations
Works collaboratively with other team members
Participates in projects, in-services, or committees as assigned
Assists in training of new staff
Must be self-motivated and able to think independently
Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities
Other duties as assigned
