Title: Director of Finance Location: 5 days onsite in Coos, Bay, Oregon (Relocation Assistance can be provided) Salary: Up to $155K DOE + Relocation Assistance + Comprehensive Benefits Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations. Manage and mentor the finance team. Ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies. Manage cash flow and risk. Collaborate with senior management. Qualifications: 8+ years of overall accounting experience. 2-3+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role, overseeing accounting teams. 2-3+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment (casinos, gaming, banking, securities, investments, or other highly regulated industry). Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
