Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Director to oversee
management reporting and strategic finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global management reporting team, ensuring compliance with
U.S. GAAP and alignment with corporate goals
Oversee strategic finance projects, including M&A integration
and finance system implementations, collaborating with
cross-functional teams
Provide direction on complex accounting matters and support the
development of finance professionals within the team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial reporting and
strategic finance projects
Active CPA certification in good standing
BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field; graduate degree
preferred
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls over financial
reporting
Experience leading large-scale financial projects in a fast-paced
environment
