A company is looking for a Regional Community Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and support Community Center Branch teams in engaging clients
and delivering financial education
Establish employer relationships and partner with branch teams to
enhance workplace banking
Collaborate with Retail Market Sales Leadership to drive client
acquisition and growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three years in a sales management role with proven ability to coach
sales teams
Three plus years of sales and business development experience with
demonstrated results
In-depth knowledge of financial products and banking
regulations
Experience in providing business development coaching support
