Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Transaction Manager responsible
for overseeing transaction management for a portfolio of
properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage lease renewals, new lease acquisitions, and property
dispositions
Conduct negotiations with landlords, buyers, and sellers
Oversee transaction processes and ensure legal compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
Real estate brokerage or salesperson's license
5 to 7 years of retail real estate transaction/leasing
experience
Familiarity with the Nevada and/or Colorado markets is a plus
Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills
