Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinician Capacity Manager to
optimize clinician capacity and align staffing resources with
patient demand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage capacity planning models to forecast patient
demand and clinician availability
Analyze clinician workload and patient scheduling patterns to
recommend adjustments for efficiency
Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure schedules align with
clinical goals and patient care standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare operations, capacity management,
or workforce planning
Proficient in healthcare scheduling software and data analytics
platforms
Experience managing capacity planning initiatives and
cross-functional projects
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement
methodologies is a plus
