Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Wilsonville, OR is $131,747- $135,100 per year and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Ensure that all project engineering designs are compliant with all applicable standards including, but not limited to, ANSI / IEEE and NEMA standards; produce fully compliant engineering designs that meet the requirements of the contract; produce technical white papers to enable proper interpretation and evaluation of standards, routine specifications, performance characteristics or other technical data; ensure that any sub-contracted engineering design work is managed in a professional, cost effective manner; coordinate interdisciplinary engineering designs i.e. TPSS, OCS, Civils, SCADA, etc.; act as a Requirements Contributor in the Requirements Management (RM) process; provide technical support to all Technical Manager(s) and Project Manager(s) as required; provide technical support to all Commercial Manager(s) and ensure all engineering design change requests are processed in a timely manner; maintain effective communications with all project participants to ensure contract delivery on-time and within budget; take an active role in the local coaching of junior / less experienced staff to ensure the developmental needs of both the individual and the business are met.

Requirements : Employer will accept a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Solution Engineer-related occupation. Position requires 5 years' experience in the following:

• Working in a Traction Power design environment.
• Working with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Working with AC and DC rail electrification schemes and distribution assets.
• Designing control circuitry.
• Working with discipline- specific ANSI / IEEE and NEMA standards.
• Working with traction power-based solutions and products as part of the Sitras platform.
  HYBRID ROLE. Position requires up to 25% of domestic and international travel. Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
