Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage Canadian
payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian
employees using payroll systems
Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements, tax withholdings,
and compliance with applicable laws
Oversee payroll audits and lead system optimization to improve
efficiency and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a
related field
PCP or CPM certification
5+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Rippling payroll applications
is an asset
Demonstrated understanding of payroll principles, practices, and
legislation
