Job Description:
A company is looking for a Functional Consultant (FT) to join
their Victim Services Suite team.
Key Responsibilities
Gather functional requirements by collaborating with customers and
conducting workshops
Configure and customize the SylogistGov Victim Services Suite to
meet business needs
Create documentation and training materials, and provide user
support and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting,
including configuration and customization
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass an FBI background check
Proficiency in Microsoft D365 CRM modules and experience with Power
Platform tools
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
